GST Registration Service
Under this plan, we will complete all the procedural formalities to get registered and secure your Goods and Service Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) such as GST Enrollment, Filing of Online Application for Registration and follow up till we secure GST Identification Number.
The following documents are required for GST registration which can be sent to us through photocopy or scan in either JPEG or pdf format through e-mail or whatsapp.
- Aadhaar card
OTP based registered with your mobile number in lieu of Digital Signature
- Bank account information
Opening page of bank passbook or Cancelled Cheque with name print held in name of proprietor/business
- Digital Signature
This will be needed in case of companies and LLPs only
- PAN card
PAN of individual in case of proprietorship: PAN of business in all other cases
One photo of proprietor/ promoters/partners/karta of HUF/managing partner or authorised person of company/managing trustee/person in charge for others
- Proof of appointment of authorized signatory
This will be a copy of the board resolution passed appointing a particular person as authorized signatory
- Proof of constitution of business
This will be your partnership deed/registration certificate of business entity
- Proof of principal/additional place of business
If your registered place of business is rented, then rental agreement , if owned, Electricity Bill or Tax receipt deposited in MC etc.
After collection of documents, we will file the GST registration application with GSTN and will provide you with ARN (Acknowledgement Reference Number) as proof of successful submission of application. We will also responsible to respond to any queries raised by GSTN and follow-up until GSTIN is received and finally, will provide the GSTIN number to you. Check our GST Compliance Pricing Plan
